I know you were going for a collage style on the front. But I think if you could make all the characters the same proportions to eachother, this would look nicer. Maybe delete the bald guy, looks like he's in the floor.
I prefer this one by quite a lot. Real nice colour scheme and love the structure on the back. The logo placement being off to the side work much better on this one.
The biggest problem, again, is scaling. The character heights make no sense. That being said, It's a significant improvement over your last one. Though, I'm noticing that almost all of your boxes follow a very similar format. And with the rate you are cranking them out, I'd say it's worth trying something new? Otherwise your work is going to look very samey.
