ignoring that paint automatically detracts quality from a box, though the composition of the front is pretty inoffesnive, the back is, yikes,
its all over the place man, take a look at some of the over covers on the site to learn how to do box composition.

I strongly suggest working at a higher resolution. It gives you a lot more design space, and doesn't force you to compress images as much.
If you are working with paint, I suggest another program. I've never used them myself, but I hear GIMP and Paint.Net are free, so those could be valid options. Just look up some tutorials on youtube, and you'll be set.
I also suggest learning how to render images (remove them from the background), as It gives you the option to use a background, rather than just white. Again, these should be on youtube.
As for the composition, I recommend using official boxarts as references, as you can get a feel for how they compose their designs, how they use fonts, etc.
