ill give it a 2/5 :
1- too much black in the background
2- the characters just floating out in the air is quite strange and dosent look good, and the background charater is too far back.
3- if you manage too fix those things i would give you a 3.5/5.
I don't like the game, I only play the 3Ds, but the boxart is nice.
4/5, How about putting Raiden on the Top, Also make a back of the boxart, then I'll fave it. Also take out Shao Kaun, he's not that much important, The ESRB logo needs to be one more time on the right if you know what I mean.
and #3 is right, get rid of the seal of quality and put the midway on the bottom right.
#2, it's supposed to be like that(the background).

The Nintendo Seal of Quality doesn't appear in front of Wii boxarts. So get rid of it.
