Ok, I find the front to be a bit crowded with all those characters. It also looks like they're floating.

The back's a bit boring, but it isn't too bad though. I would like if it had a more interesting composition for the text and the screenshots, maybe look at official boxes for inspiration. Also, I think the tagline and the synopsis text should be different from each other, I suggest you try an Helvetica or Futura for the synopsis.

Overall, it's not great but it's definitely not awful, I suggest you to go to the forums and make a thread on the Works in Progress forums, in which we'll give you criticism on how to fix the box you're working on, and you can also look up some tutorials on the programs that most of the people use here (Paint.NET, GIMP, Photoshop) to improve your boxarting abilities. :)
