You should give credits for the template.
The ESRB Logo is not 3D, and the green... R... Logo as well, it is clear that you did not 3D that box but just slapped your work on a 3D Template. I would suggest to you doing your boxes in 2D and using the WIP forum, as this thing is not that good.
