Kinda messed on back but I know its better than my first one. This time instead of rushing i took time but it was only a day i made this

The back is bland, with the glow on the screens being unnecessary, Goku's hair getting cut off, and a monotonous background. The front is basically a wallpaper with logo and legal info slapped on.

Well first off, welcome to the site.
I would advise you that from now on in your time here, you should put care and time into your work. The whole "I rushed it and i know it but i hope you like it!!" thing is looked down upon around here. There are many members here who would love to help you improve your skills. Do that, and we will help you do better. For a first, relative to the usual firsts we have around here, it isn't abysmal, but it could be miles better. The wallpaper is cut off and the back has some problems with the render, text, background and screenshots. The template is also outdated.

Like Ergo mentioned, the back needs work, a lot of work, and the glow is pointless and actually works against you.
The front is just a poorly cropped wallpaper, it looks like Goku's getting pulled off the cover.
The only real "improvement" is that you made a back cover. And I say "improvement" very loosely.
