Well I tried to change my backs because a lot of you pointed out they all look similar. Any better? :)

This is pretty good, but some major tips would probably help:
1. A barcode on the front and back?
2. Playstation 3 details on an Xbox 360 cover, bit strange
3. I dont really like the effect on the outside like how its curved, I would prefer this box to have a less-effective style
4. No ratings of developer logos on the front
5. No Xbox 360 logo on the front
6. Dont have an effect on the Xbox 360 logos, it doesnt look very official
You should put the Far Cry 3 logo up top just under the Xbox 360 logo, and make the game logo a tad smaller, put a M17+ rating on bottom left and a Ubisoft logo on bottom right. Then switch the Ubisoft logo on the spine by just making it straight. And most games now have their logo on the top. But great anyway :) +fav

Thanks for feedback! Yes I deliberately put the ps3 ones on, I prefer them to xbox. The effect on the outside is just to give the box some thickness which I like :). Trust me having ratings/logos on the front woulden't work, I am trying to go for a special edition look (even though it isn't one) I used to always put logos on fronts, but sometimes they just don't work. honestly I like having everything sideways on the spine, I might change it later but the crumpled/damaged effect was a bitch to put on! thanks dude:)

The back designs are getting a little redundant man :/ you should experiment with new stuff, you'd be surprised what you could accomplish.

@tomB And also tomB, this makes me want to make a Far Cry 3 box lol. All I need is some help in the W.I.P section and then some actual skill lol

@tomB Everything is the same, just switched around and in different order. The fonts are similar on all of them, and that double line transition has been on every single one. Plus it looks the same altogether.

Strictly it is 360, but I put ps3 legal text on it because I prefer it :)

Really like this box tom.

Just a tip, its easier than you would think making crumbled corners on a box.

What i do is take high quality stock photo of an old book, this one to be specific: link

Then put the book over the front, copy it and flip it horizontal to lay it on the back, use screen, attach a curves on the layers to remove the slushy brightnes when using screen, then attach Hue/saturation layer to remove some color ( lower saturation ).

And lastly use a fairly big soft brush to brush away of whats left in the middle ( hat is if it in the way of the comp ). I usually brush it away and keep the crumbled stuff at the edges.

This takes 2 minutes top. Good luck dude!

ill try and send you the high res pic to your inbox, might be too big though

Thanks Wig:) Well yes thats pretty much what I do, but I always go overboard with it (if you go to my recent gta v box and click on the original, looks awful :L ) for curving I use a soft eraser and then a scratchy one at a low opacity to give it a more ripped/ old effect. and when I have skewed the layers sometimes I even use the smudge tool to bend the corner a bit.

But now I try harder to get them looking more real, I spend often up to 15 mins on them making sure it looks right. The worst thing is realising after that that there is a mistake on the cover itself, and because the effect is on a merged layer I can't fix it back. (which is why i am reluctant to update stuff)

Thanks man thats really helpful :) sorry I have literally stolen your signature for boxes with this :L
