wow, general impression is very good. shows a nice feel for design. however, there are some flaws, most of it seems like it's just made by accident.
the capcom logo is way too dark. looks like a big black... "whatever". try to chance the contrast or try to find the real b/w one (like this: link )
Dunno how you did the rendering of the DmC Logo, but you still can see the edges of the original file -> link
Is that long black scribble-stuff supposed to be some kind of shadow? Just asking, because it is over Dante. Should be behind him.
Makeup of the text on the back is a bit "meh". The spacing for example could be way better. some letters seem to be all "oh let's do some group-cuddle-stuff" and the space between almost all the words is way too much.

Wow, thanks everyone!! Small update so far: Changed the Capcom logo to make it more visible. Fixed the black stuff under Dante, and removed the textures that went off the design onto the background.
