As usual, suggestions are welcome, but please, no bad rating for no good reason. I am saying this to the person that has been giving all my good boxarts(Including my MGS4 box) ones. It was really pissing me off. Thank god he got caught.
Not too shabby. I see you liked the idea of the reflection on MC's helmet of the Covenant. I did that on my Halo Wars box as well. =p
Some minor things you may want to change. As mentioned the font for the title. Also the black outline of the MS logo isn't needed. Overall i think you have a nice start here. Do you plan on making a back?

Great, would be 4, or 4.5, but that is not the official font, it's the one got of dafont or someplace like that.
Change the font and it will be much better.
