The front has potential, but the clouds and small logo put me off to be honest and it could really do with some more contrast.
The back is WAY to crowded (it effects the readability of the text) the font types doesn't go well with the games art direction (I'd suggest to use more sci-fi kinda fonts rather than the one you have now) and you forgot to fill in the ESRB reason on the back (not a big deal though) Like I said before, it has potential though.
