I like this, this is actually very neat.. Few things though: the front main rectangle would look better if it was more to the right to get it right in the middle, right now it looks out of place. The tagline on the back, you could have matched up the font a little better, used a more Boldy font for it like the "call of duty" logo part. Added a lot more text in the white area because right now it looks like it was rushed and put in there just to fill it up, you could have fit the description and then added a lot more features, you would have to lower the size of the text though. And then finally all the drop-shadows...you really never want a drop-shadow to look like that because it looks terrible. Making a small, clean drop-shadow to text makes it look more professional but not the way you have it right now ( I believe you need to lower the size of it and distance)
I do like the main idea of this though, just needs some work.

thanks. Yeah now that i look at it you're right... i'll try to work on those problems. Oh, and I didn't make the template, i dont recall who did but i also don't like how the dropshadows were done so i'll just recreate the template without them or just use an official template

I think this would look much better with a normal PS3 template. The shadows behind the logos and text look unprofessional and not fitting.

never made a box for 360 but if i did for this one i either had to upload a different box just with another template or add it to this presentation so i'm afraid i can't do that
