Sorry. This is reallly bad. For a starter you shouldn't use Paint. The outcome is terrible. Use proper renders from Promotional Art. Also use proper Developer Logos and Age Ratings. Take a look around the site to see what is acceptable then try again.

Ooooooookaaaaay, for starters it needs to be PNG. not JPG. Also you need to spend a lot more time on this and put the actual characters on the front, not little stick guys. Also you could at least used the text tool instead of writing MARIO with lines.
