Like Patches said, it's horrible, Google Translate'd Japanese. I don't have the original text of the tagline anymore, and I forgot what it says other than "[Groose] something something!" :P
Here's the back description translated back into English: "All goes well for [Groose], who has passed all tests, and earns the love of Zelda. When evil appears, powerful [Groose], the humble hero of Skyloft is sent in his quest. It will be easy!"
