I was wondering what Fallout would be like as a game within its own universe, and this is what I came up with. It's a simulation by Vault-Tec that prepares people for the outside world. It would be on holodisk and played via the terminals in each vault. View in full and read everything.
P.S. Sorry if I used screen shots from Fallout 2, I couldn't tell the difference lol.
