I made a cover of the first Zelda. The front is based on the original. For the back I chose a nice map of hyrule which I found on the net. The cover is simple but has not been wrong, in my opinon.
The only thing on this box that bothers me is the way the Nintendo logos are bunched up in the bottom right hand corner, i think it would look fine to have the Nintendo Seal on the left over the flower art work (it would also look much better with the proper NES logo on the bottom right too).
That small thing aside, this is quite lovely. Nice work mate.

The map on the back is actually the highlight of the cover, to me. All in all, it's a simple retro effort, but it works well.
