Very nice, though the tagline is a bit hard to see and I feel that there is a bit too much glass shatter in some places. The template edits are neat and like The90sKid mentioned, a nice touch.

Going the extra mile and redesigning the template around the visual style of Deus Ex gets you some extra points. Especially the PC system requirements.

The rest is somewhat standard DEHR fare, but it's well put together and the glass shard theme looks great.

The real plus here, that it doesn't look similar in anyway to other Deus Ex: HR boxes. That's making this quite unique and stand out from the rest. as #3 already said, the visual style adds to the unique style.
