I didn't make any box art some time ago, so I was looking for a 360 game to make a box of it. My choice was a Dead Island. I made a quite simple design for it, added a bunch of colors, took some screenshots, concept arts, and there we go.
This has an almost Moogle-like quality to it. Very colorful, and the stark contrast between that and the splattered white border looks great. My only issues are that the front logo is off centered, and the screenshots could have also been presented using the splatter method. Otherwise, this looks excellent.
Yeah, very Moogle-ish. Great box, and I don't agree with sd about the screenshots as I believe that might make it "too much of the good".
I like that the splashes from the front continues to the spine and the back, but it's a bit strange that only the top splashes does. Still, I guess it's quite logical as it would be in the way of the barcode otherwise.

#4, Actually this is the reason. It would take the barcode and information's space in the back, so I prefer leaving it only for the front part.
