at fist glance it looks great, but when I look into it, some bits are off, the back needs some work, mainly something more exiting with the text and something behing tye legal info, as for the front, Samus' feet give away she's not standing there, try and make it look like she is but it has major potential
(PS, some people may be a bit iffy on Metroid on 360, just a word of advice)

The box looks really cluttered.

Allow me to build on what Roza already mentioned.

Samus' feet should be an easy fix. Try upping the contrast (Samus as a whole looks rather foggy, and is what's causing her to clash with the environment), and adding a shadow beneath her. The same could be done for the Space Pirates behind her, although I'd advice against using the same render twice, with on inverted.

I'd like to point out that the logo, while a different take on Metroid, should maintain some characteristics that are present in every logo in the franchise. The slant inwards would be the most obvious of these.

The back plays it safe, and the typography is most prominently what needs to worked on. The synopsis text is pretty large, which you'll find forces you to limit the description of the story as well as any features introduced in the game. Scaling it down would allow more leeway with not only text but the artwork behind it.

I'd also recommend finding a new template. Scorpion Soldier has a variety of ultra high-res templates to use.

The box has potential, and while I think you can fix the issues at hand, in it's current state, it won't be able to reach it's fullest. And on a somewhat unrelated note, the idea of another multiplayer-focused Metroid makes my stomach ache.
