Another box.
The shield on the front and the sword on the cover were completely made from scratch!
I used several textures on the logo, the sword and shield and the backgrounds.
Since there is no new Zelda game coming out for Wii, I decided to make this one for the Wii U Zelda. And since we don't know the official title yet, I had to make one up myself.
The screenshots used on the back are from the Zelda HD demo from E3 and Skyward Sword (I had to edit it to make it look more "HD-like").
With the Wii U being released next year we don't know how the boxes will look like. And because the Wii U itself (and the official logo) looks a lot like the Wii, I used a modified Wii template.
I changed the Wii logo and added the Wii U controller on the top right on the back.
My only nit-pick is that the screens on the back aren't the same size (at least, the top-left and bottom ones) other than that, this is really nice, and the sword and shield are really well done!
very nice, AND the first Wii-U box on the site, i think...
its very nice though and i cant find much wrong with the box itself
so kudos!~

This is fantastic. I LOVE the custom artwork, it looks very professional and it makes uniqueness to the box. The front looks especially great due to the shield and logo, and I like your work on the sword and textures. The only thing I have a problem with is the screenshots, well actually the borders. I feel like if you chose to go with screenborders that are more fitting of the game, it would have helped the back flow much better. Still, I really like this.
Just curious.. did you by any chance take maybe even a little inspiration from my box? Don't bother looking for through my page for it, it was just a wip I posted.
I don't think so. When I came to the site today, I thought you would have taken inspiration from my box, because they are exactly the same when it comes to the position of the sword and shield.
I created the shield and sword a few weeks ago, and had the idea of creating this box after seeing a poster of Captain America (with his shield in the middle of it).
It's weird...first there are more Zelda boxes than usual on this site and now there two almost identical ones :/
While the similarity is there, I think they are both pretty seperate styles and fantastic in there own right. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the seemingly random sizing of the screens/screenborders - fix that up, tell me you have, and I'll return with a favourite.

Credits to beardedwalrus for the template.

Looks very professional. Only this is that the shield being the only thing on the front makes it a little bland, but the back is quite nice.

#11 I don't know. I haven't been here for a pretty long time and back when I was here, there were way more Sonic and other boxes than Zelda ones ;)
