a few tips :
- search for some photoshop tutorials on how to make effects and stuff,
- never... EVER use Paint >.>

#2, Well I Used Photo shop Too,But only sonic is photoshoped.

For a First box, I would say you did an "OK" job. Just try to make it more, ya know, MIND-BLOWING, aha. Just try not to make it too plain or simple. Try more renders or a cool background/font.
