There are alot of flaws here in your box. First, NEVER use MSPaint to make boxes.
Get either Gimp, Paint.NET, or if you have the funds, get Photoshop.

Well your template is all choppy, meaning it is rigged and rough. Your logos are bad quality, try to get better ones. Your shadow render is a bit stretched and choppy (Choppy also means it could have a white line around it, so look at your logo, thats another meaning to choppy.). Your ESRB is choppy and cut out bad, let alone to high. And the background is a bit bland, try to make it an actual background instead of a bland color.
I suppose the box wouldn't have been too bad if the logo was readable, I don't even know what it means. If you want to get logos for any game, just go onto the resources section at the top of the page, from here you can not only get already made renders, but also Templates for your covers. Don't forget to credit the person that made the render/template. Good luck anyhow.
This is my first box on VGBoxArt! Its not much but hope ya enjoy!

All in all, nice box for a first.
