Nice idea with the PS3-style template. Front overall looks good, but the back is lacking. I'm not too fond of the bright red/orange tagline, and think something darker and similar to the front color scheme would be better. The complete lack of a background is a little strange too.
#7, that might be the picture used on the front, but believe me, there is much more editing involved than simply greyed out characters and added logo. Compare those two pics together and you'll see the difference and once you see the difference, try and re-create that image (the one I made) by yourself.

#10, It is mostly color changes (I did add some sharpness and a lens flare) but it took me a while to get the color right the way I wanted and getting only the characters black & white was not easy as well. Why does it matter for you so much of what kind of changes I made? It is not simply a wallpaper and that should be enough for. If you don't like the box, then it's fine but don't come here and bash my work like that. I never used a plain wallpaper and I never will.
#11, Look I am not trying to offend ur work I like it... And in my fist comment I only asked if it is a wallpaper. That is it , I don't know y u seem to be offended. Anyway u said that it is mostly colour change, so basically u did use a wallpaper, and u messed wiv the colour... In my eyes that's not enough to say that u didn't use a wallpaper.
#12, and in my eyes, it's fine. As long as it is modified in some kind of way and is not completely a copy of an original wallpaper. Again, it's not only color change, some filters and other effects (like lens flare) were added as well. I'd rather look at a well modified, high quality wallpaper than few renders slapped on a background (in most cases, a simple wallpaper). But I guess, everyone has their own opinions and views of what looks good/bad.
