In the back: The tagline text looks kinda boring, you should think on being more creative with it. The info on the back could be better arranged and looks odd the way the screenshots are barely visible.
In the front: That waterpainting-like effect looks also odd, and I don't like the way you used in-game renders as artwork (At least for a game of that epoque). The logo does not looks good repeated as it is actually. Also that metallic thing looks out of place.

I like it, but you should use the Brawl render because it won't be the 64-bit quality style you used on the cover.
