I started this box around 4 weeks ago, i had it all planned out but lost the inspiration along the way, it was only yesterday i started again, as i saw Yoshistar's Epic and that was all i needed to continue.

Oh crap,this is amazing. I actually like some parts of this better than Yoshistar's box this is definetely up there with it. I really like the darker background. Hope this gets hall of fame.
This looks really good, and a lot of your boxes do, but I can't help but point out that your style is way, WAY to close to Jevangod's(and maybe a few others), even the selection of games. It's like you're trying your hardest to match him and others, and it's too noticeable, try and do something more creative with your boxes that no one else does.
You've got some skill, and I like your work, but just keep in mind what I said next time k? : )
As for this box itself, it's very well done and I can't see much to complain about, except all the Galaxy 1 renders, but good job.
While you seem to be good with graphic design in general, you don't seem to have your own unique style, and seem to focus heavily on following sucess from other peoples ideas.
Sure, this does looks quite good, but Yoshi's blows it out of the water. I also don't like the template, makes it seem very basic. Also, theres something always off in your typography, and I think its the white text/black glows all the time. Theres just something wrong with the type of black glow used.
#7, Well considering every single other style has been done i decided to do this, sure it might look like Jevans style, but isn't that a good thing ?, there's only a set amount of styles out there, but i have something.

Don't worry though, i'm sure i can figure something out, and i know this is nowhere near as good as Yoshi's but still, i've only been doing this since January 5th, so i can't be expected to be that great of an artist, yet.
I'll run some ideas by everyone in the forums, that was someone can give me a hint as to what style to use that hasn't been used before.
Well, it's a cool box, but this have some problems in my opinion,
the first problem is the template, looks awful, I think the standard white template would be better, the second is the description font on the back, I think you have to use a better font with a outer glow to make the things better, and the third problem more basic, add a render in the top right corner on the back to fill the empty space.

#11, I would change the temp, but then it would look like everyone else's, and i want this to stand out (kinda) from the rest, it's not too flashy, not too cluttered.
Also, i would have kept Bowser at the top right, check my wip thread called "Super Mario Galaxy 2 "Is it ready yet", there are 4 versions.
And the outer glow is not glow, it's a drop shadow so you can read the text a little better, plus check the printable without the glare for a better look.
#12, I have a couple of plans for the top right, awards and such, but i'm waiting on them, until IGN or Gameinformer give a score or something that looks official.

Only thing I think should be added would be a character above the planet above Mario on the back... if that makes sense.
