It's... actually not too bad...

It's not bad at first glance, but there are a lot of bad flaws.
The text is one, but it can be easily fixed by creating a stroke around the text (To do this in Photoshop, select the layer the text is on, make sure it's only the text, and double click the layer thumbnail, and choose to stroke, you can mess with settings to your liking.)
But the blue on the Nintendo DS template isn't very well done. (It's still white inside of the screens in "DS")
Other than that, it's really not too bad.

I'm tired of the front BG and Sonic.
The rings are also 3D, which doesn't mach 2D.
The text is hard to read, and I don't like the stile of the tagline.
And on the back, The BG is 3D and the artworks are 2D.
And I don't like the temp.
The box is OK.

Get rid of rings on front so Tails and Knuckles can be behind Sonic and then you can take Tails and Knuckles off the back so it doesn't look cluttered. Otherwise pretty good. But I'll fave when you fix those.

fixed the text and took tails and knuckles on the back and
put them on the front.
