I had the idea of using a letter/postcard sort of cover for this game in my head for a while and this is how it turned out. Credit where credit is due. Comments are appreciated.

LOL how did you get my temp? Nice box but im sorry this just doesnt seem like Just Cause to me. The paper on the back is unnecessary, The logo would look better aligned and that text on front looks bad there. Plus the guy on the front is so far at the bottom.

#2, The temp? Well I just used a psd one from the resources section (think it was Scorpion Soldiers) and removed the black parts up top. Actually the reason I used it was because I was inspired by you, I've always been a fan of your temps. Thanks for the comment, I'll see about improving it.

I like the idea of it being a post card, but notebook paper looks bad. Also, I think the position of Scorpio is good, but that large area above his head should be filled with the actual game title. I'd put a smaller, all-script "greetings from Panau" a little under that right chopper and put the title where it originally was. Even though the theme of your boxart doesn't perfectly suit the game, its a breath of fresh air since this site seriously lacks originality. Basically, don't change it! Stay creative!

Update: Changed the front slightly (moved the logo, greetings from text) and changed the paper texture on the back.
To clarify, the reason I picked a postcard/letter theme was because I watched this trailer - link

I really like the concept here and your work is very clean. I'm not so sure on the cover though, I feel like it still hasn't quite got that "punch". Still feels as though there's a bit of dead space above Rico and between the title. Perhaps you could make the title bigger across the width of the center of the cover and place the helicopters above it?
This is really technical, but with the light background, a lot of your text on the back is illegible. Not sure how important the legibility of your legal text is to you though. :P
Still, one of the nicer boxes I've seen. Excellent stuff!
