The text is too bright and hard to read, the quality of the images and template you used are terrible, Blaze's 'box' that you have surrounded her in doesn't even fit inside the template, and the Sega logo have white bits on it.

All in all, MS Paint is a no-no. Use Gimp or Paint.net, and put some more effort into it next time.
