Man, this guy took a lot of work. I took an in-game image of the Fallout 3 Enclave soldier and distorted him beyond recognition. After a heap of warping and coloring I finally got him to look more like the enclave of the original Fallout 2 cover. Sadly, the thing I'm most proud of on this cover is that sweet pop cap with the 2 on it in the logo. I did that from scratch.
Anyway, here it is. I know it still needs a back. I'm working on that right now and will be updating soon.
