PS3's and XBOXes play Blu-Ray, PSP plays UMD, but usually Blu-ray movies are expensive. WiiDVD's are movie discs exclusive to the Wii. With all the HD picture and sound without draining your wallet. I think it'll be a good idea.
Some blockyness to the box, but it's good enough I say.

Shoddy to say the least, although I think a Wii-exclusive video disc might take the cake.

#1, Xbox does NOT play blu-ray.

The Wii would not be able to play HD movies.

Also, Amazon.com has blu-ray discs for cheap. Check it out sometime.
