#2, did this on ms paint what i did was cut out a pick mess around with the size found a logo change it a bit and put a sega logo there i dont know how i could make it better do you know where to get photoshop for free?

#3, adobe.com. You can download all of Adobe's software for free, and it all comes with a free 30 day subscripition. But after those 30 days are up it becomes pretty useless unless you pay for it.
But do you really think a more powerful program is going to help if you don't know how to use it???
