Is this just a wallpaper? I really hope not because I like it a lot. Although the Spartan's legs are cut off and I think you could've done more to make the logo stand out. Maybe move the tagline/screenshots to the top and throw in some text about the game.
It has potential, but it is far from being complete. This should have been worked in a work in progress thread first. Here's a few things to work on:
1. The text on the back is nasty jagged.
2. The screenshot borders are very low-res.
3. There are no developer logos on the front.
4. Where are the credits and system requirements?
5. The rain effect looks tiled.
6. The Spartan's legs are cut off for no reason. And did you use the posterize filter on the Spartan?
#4,5,6,7 No, it's made from concept art, not a wallpaper :). and i did have a bit of trouble with the rain effects. The system requirements and credits and such are absent because i don't like them very much, they clog up the art, and since i'm not making boxarts to look official, just cool inserts to game boxes...anyways i'll get on the rain effects and fixing the other things.
IMO, this looks more like a special edition case, i really like it, also if it was to be special edition i think it shouldn't have photos on the back, just the text, but that's just me, otherwise nice work

Look up some tutorials--there are a bunch of great ones for creating rain effects.
