The front's good, but you should improve the typography on the back.
Also make the logo on the front a bit smaller, It's behind the ESRB.

Fronts good. Back is kinda off. I really don't like that text and the screen shot borders are to plain. Still, its a great box!

Just something that would make the back better in my opinion is making the "S" yellow like Day and Night. Also the text "The Difference is Day and Night" comes out of the template just a little bit.
