Vengeance asked me to share one of my favorite rock bands in a that music/debate thread...and well I decided to make a music cover for what I (and well a whole lot other people) consider a masterpiece - Kid A.
The front cover is essentially edvard Munch's "The Scream" but with the head of the Radiohead bear. I felt the painting's mood was perfectly in line with the haunting music of the album as it was a summation of fear, hysteria and shock (both as the dawn of the new millenium and Radiohead's evolved music). The back makes use of expressive typrography with the artwork of Stanley Donwood.
Kid A helped shaping the music I listened to (as it must have done for others), and truly deserves the title of album of the decade as it has recieved from numerous music critics.

I'm digging that vectorized Munch painting, and that back typography is insane!
Kid A is one of my favorite albums, and this design does it justice, which is a hard thing to do. Fantastic work.

I believe you've used a little too much typographic differences on the back.. I'd have like it more if it was a little less complicted font-wise.
The rest is just top-notch though.

I'm getting into Kid A, I am in love with The National Anthem. So far, my all-time favourite Radiohead album is the masterpiece known as OK Computer, an almost perfect album.
