Sileniq, you should probably post how long it took you to make this and all the work you went through. Cause even though I fav'd it thats still the original picture to the first RE game.
I was on and off for about a week on this, trying to make it look like a magazine spread/ad from a retro publication.
Yeah, the front cover is just the original PS artwork which is still one of my favorite official RE artworks. It's pretty difficult to come by the character illustrations the Capcom artists did back then (seen in the manual in B/W), they would look fantastic in a retro-themed poster.
Everything else (the MD/GEN temps etc.) was done by me. The temp for the American box is a redo of the classic NES Capcom box combined with the classic Genesis stripes.
Awesome man, just awesome. Yes its the official, but its what you've done with it that gets the fav and gets everyones attention at that. No Japanese this time though? I love these boxes you do, they take me back to my childhood and to memories of the "Golden Era" of gaming. Well done Silenig, you're easily one of my top 5 artists on the site!!
