And to remove the background of an image, you can either erase it, or use the "select reagions by color" wand (painshop) or hand (GIMP)

There should be an eraser you can use. It looks like a pink block in GIMP, but i wouldn't know if your using Paintshop or anything else

First of all, the box size isn't right, the EA logo is a bit squished, and from a distance the background would be hard to notice what it exactly was.
