Not bad, Actually I really like this. But the cog should go behind the logo.

Perhaps the cog could be a little smaller, too, so it doesn't cover poor Marcus' face. Also your dev and esrb are underneath the red, it looks strange.

Fix those issues and make a back and I can honestly consider faving this. It has potential!
