Mock up of game box, cart and title screen of inFAMOUS for the NES.

I used and modified a screenshot of the available flash game for the 2nd screen on the back.

I've been reading about NES boxes and found that the designs standards were decided by each developer and no official template every existed, except for the red label on top, that Nintendo used for every game (1st and 3rd party) when the lifespan of the NES was ending.

Back in the day, box art was "simple", so while i don't really like the black bar i used on the back, transparencies or any other fancy effect would be out of place.

Thanks for viewing!

The attention to detail you went to made this work. I love the feel of it. Almost feels more like Atari 2600, but regardless of that, this is excellent and a creative way to portray the game.

Just uploaded another version. The box itself was really flat on the original image. It contrasted too much with the cartridge, which uses a real photo. I added some lighting effects and tear and wear to the box. Goodbye flat pristine look, welcome 10 year-old looking box :P

Edit: btw, I used the reflection on the front of Jevangod's DS template for the light on this pictures. Thanks for posting that!
