It looks really good. I know that I'm not the one to talk when I say this, but the front is a little bit too much like the cover of the manga novel. Why don't you try using a black background, with four characters heads on it, with the death not in the middle?
#2. yeah I thought about doing other things but I wanted to give it the same as the manga, I will make a special edition version aswell so I might try that. Like I said first box and I had paint for about 10 minutes before it so I dont think I could even if I tried

Did you say you were using paint? Or do you mean paint.NET? Because if you did it on paint, that's fantastic!
