Its good but u can not see the title or the person, may be you should put an out line around the title and the person...

#2, You can see the person. Look at the gun then look down to his grey boots.

its alright.. but i can hardly see the title and there is far too much green. Try a second version and add some improvements.
And i would realy appreciate it if some guys would take a look and comment on my latest boxes... ive had hardly any comments. sorry to advertise.

Really, really poor.
First off, the logo is horrible. Its Wordart for gods sake.
It seems you are using Microsoft Word or Publisher. Well stop, just get GIMP or Paint.net. They are free.
