I know that it's a bit late to create a COD4 box art, but hell, I did it anyways. That bar showing the 9.4 score and "Masterful" was actually added because the box I created didn't fit too well with the template. Temp from WickedGamer, logos and pictures from Google and Planetrender.

Wow, haven't seen you for a while..
Well, this is an alright box. But a few little helpful hints could be in place. First off, I think there is too much of a red effect there. Either that or the logo doesn't fit in. A simple bit of blending or color changing to a reddish look should help a lot.
The next think is the little Masterful bar. That is allright, but it wasn't done in the best way possible. It looks kind of plain, and the ign logo should be lower down. I suggest you make the ign logo a bit more to the right and make it slightly overlap the actual picture (red background).

#2, You should be banned. And just for the record: you posted the actual Wall-E box, so I guess we all know who's the dickhead.
#3, thanks for giving actually constructive advice. I don't have time to fix it all right now, but I will do two things soon:
- Making the COD4 logo more red
- A nicer '3D' looking image to place the IGN logo, score and text on
EDIT: version 2 is up, with the COD4 logo now looking more red.
