#2, Errr, NES boxes dosen't have ESRB, and the grey stuff around it IS the template, based of the Castlevania box.

Looks pretty good. Nice retro concept.
#2 and 8 I'm certain the box is based off of Konami's initial NES era box template, which would explain the NES category and the lack of an ESRB.
