I can clearly see you want to make good boxarts! So don't give up, you just need to follow some tutorials if you want to master MS Paint, I HIGHLY recommend you to use Gimp or PaintNET. This could be at least good looking if you had the skills. ;)
So learn and work hard if you really wanna learn this. :)
