shrink the sega log and sonic team logo add a background remove(what the girl name?) and mlephanies(how's it spelled?) and fix the logo

Needs to be a high quality. Also make the dev logos and ESRB smaller, and add a background instead of just plain white.

I cant add a background but ill try to make thr ESRB and Sega logos smaller. Elise (the girl) and Mephiles are main characters so i wont delete them

its not better then before..badly cut out, bad background,u use ms paint,only a better quality? thats nothing !
