Geez, don't have to be that harsh... This box is not horrible. I think a few little tweaks would help it greatly. First, get rid of that green lightsaber blade on the right, even if you have to crop out the twi'lek girl's face a bit.
The characters themselves could use some extra contrast. This will make the shadows and highlights more dramatic and their faces will stand out from the background a bit more.
Scale down the ESRB logo. It doesn't have to be that big. I'd also like to see a back for this box. Still, it's not a bad starting point at all.

you should use the real logo, then it will be much better, and the esrb is WAY too big.

This is actually not that bad. Very blurry but not that bad. Definitely your best!
