#5, They need to be grounded. When Choascontrol23 said they were "floating" I assume he meant that there is no background to attach the characters to. Grounding is important because it makes your characters appear as if they are in a scene rather then just hovering in an empty void. Depending on the tools you have, this can either be easy or very very hard. With Paint it would be a near impossibility, but if you have GIMP or Photoshop, it's relatively easy. PM me if you want some extra suggestions.

try making the top pics fade into the background.I tried to make a tin one,but i couldn't find a template for it.
