This isn't bad at all. I'd suggest to have the logo just in color, it looks strange fading from gray to color. Maybe you could make a back as well. I would fav it if you made a decent back and changed that logo.

NIce first, but may I suggest perhaps turning the colour scheme for the logo around with the grey on the colour side and red on the dark. That and I think that you accidently desaturated the nintendo logo.
