Anyways, I'm a comic book guy which is why I chose to do that style for the back. On the front, I wanted to portray the hectic, frantic style of Viewtiful Joe. This was a pain in the ass to make, especially since Gimp (after my CS3 crashed---probably should've got it legally >_>) doesn't have fucking stroke, so i had to manually stroke all the text and characters myself. Past all that, it was a fun process, and it's probably by best so far (man I say that a lot...guess it's a good thing, it must mean I'm getting better.) Anyways, I hope it was worth it, thanks for reading,

EDIT: Yeah, the thumbnail is small, but I'm too lazy right now to go fix it, so just look in full view XP
Excellent stuff here, definitely your best one yet.
Front feels a little bit crowded, but I understand how it fits with that "hectic" feel. I just wished you strengthened the focus on Joe somehow- he kinda gets lost in there.
Overall, I like the comic book approach and you pulled it off splendidly. +fav
Hmmm... I love the back, it looks really nice. But the front looks sort of cluttered. Im not saying it's messy, but it's just a little crowded. But it's really nice otherwise. +fav
Life is Viewtiful...

Thanks as well to the people who faved, but didn't comment, but it'd mean a lot if you could just say what you liked/disliked about the box as well ;)

GIMP does have strokes. I'll pm you the link to photoshop effects in gimp.
I can actually think of three ways to do it without even downloading.
