Jeez guys, that's really constructive.
Anyway here is whats wrong:
1: Ronaldo just looks terrible
2: That other guy is just floating in mid-air
3: The logo is not cut out
4: The effects on the players are really terrible
5: No developers
6: No ESRB/PEGI logos
7: You should really credit the person who made the template
8: The background is OK but you can see the watermark behind the player
