Reasons:

-Almost everything is choppy
-Low effort on both sides
-You didn't make title
-Same back from KH2
-Logos look horrible
-You just scanned the KH2 box and pasted stuff on it.

You must be very lazy.

I think the front could be a little better if you used a less choppy logo render. The back would look better if it weren't scanned. Making a back like that is quite simple, so I'd say try and re-create it yourself.
