1. Try not to save your boxes as .JPEG but as .PNG, gives you better quality.
2. Try not to post here until you've seen some critique in the Critique forum this way you can improve and not waste space here.
3. Work on cleaning your images more and when resizing try not to stretch the images (most of your boxes are stretched).
4. care for the template more and choose high qaulity ones if you can't make your own.
5. Work more on the placement of things, specially the ranking logos, logos, ESRBs and so on.
6. Good luck and keep trying.

I think he is referring to the play station logo, it is pretty dark.
